It is a condition of admission that all persons having any connection with the promotion, organisation or  conduct of the meeting, including the owners and drivers of the vehicles taking part, are absolved from any liability arising from accidents causing damage or personal injury, whether fatal or otherwise to spectators or ticket holders.
